For new Distributor, Franchises, Super Franchise, Distributor and Associate

  • For new Distributor, Franchises, Super Franchise, Distributor and Associate The applicant is required to read thoroughly and understand the terms and conditions, policies, procedures, code of ethics and business opportunities of the facilitator as given below. This application/agreement form is considered as an authentic and legally binding document. This contract is between the new Franchise, Super Franchise & Distributor applicant (herein after referred to as applicant) Omega I Trade Industries (hereinafter referred to as facilitator).

  • The applicant should have completed minimum 18 years of age and shall be competent to enter into contract as provided in the Indian Contract Act

  • While placing orders for any of the products available with the facilitator, he/she will have to pay the charges of account maintenance.

  • The facilitator under no circumstances will accept any claim of payment made by cash to any agent or distributor, franchise, super franchise which is not received by facilitator. It his responsibility and facilitator will not be held responsible if anything goes wrong.

  • The facilitator has not authorized any official, officer or distributor of the facilitator to receive any amount in cash on behalf of the facilitator towards the enrollment fee, or cost of products, or any other charges as the case may be.

  • If anybody makes any payment in cash, it will be at his/her own risk and under no circumstances, will the facilitator be answerable to such unauthorized cash payments.

  • The initial payment made by the applicant towards purchase of the product by an individual will be enrolled as a distributor and the same is not refundable under any circumstances. The packages include the product cost, registration fee, the processing fee and the administrative costs.

  • The distributor, Franchise, & Super Franchise will be eligible for incentives or income only as per the volume of business done by him that is also subject to the eligibility norms formulated by the facilitator. The facilitator does not assure any incentive or income to the distributor, Franchise, & Super Franchise on merely account of his/her joining the facilitator.

  • If the applicant is a Partnership firm/Private limited company, then the applicant has to provide all necessary documents pertaining to the partnership during the registration as applicant.

  • The applicant shall ensure that all the information/furnished to the facilitator is correct and properly entered. Any request for correction furnished by the distributor as to his/her sponsor or placement details will not be entertained, once payment statements are processed.

  • Trimming, Capping, and Service Charges will be deducted as per Facilitator norms. TDS will be deducted as formulated by the Government.

  • The facilitator will approve the relation by issuing an official receipt and an online registration, which will carry the password and an identification number known as Track ID as chosen by the applicant himself/herself. This password and account ID have to be quoted by the Distributor, Franchises, Super Franchise, Distributor and Associate in all his/her transactions and correspondence with the facilitator. The track ID once chosen cannot be altered at any later point of time.

  • The facilitator will, in no case, entertain any communication without account ID and password.

  • The facilitator will not entertain any request for any changes made after finalizations of the product to be purchased.

  • All individual distributor, franchise, super franchise and consumer should adhere to Rules & Regulations formed by the organization & if any of them is found guilty of not observing the same, then he/she will be terminated from the facilitator.

  • The facilitator reserves all rights to terminate a Distributor, Franchises, Super Franchise, Distributor and Associate.

  • Once a terminated, he/she cannot enter any of Omega I Trade Industries Office premises /meeting locations and his/her incentives/income will be stopped immediately.

  • Joining amount will not be refunded at any cost as joining our company as a distributor is a business opportunity given by the company free of cost after purchase of our product/products.

  • Value of business points will be decided by Omega I Trade Industries according to the monthly profits of the company.
